ACCEPTANCE OF NEGOTIATED BID OF HILL COUNTRY MOTORS, INC.
FOR ONE 1982 CHEVROLET IMPALA AND ONE 1930 BUICK LeSABRE
FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTP'IENT AND
AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
On this the 25th day of October 1982, upon motion made
by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the negotiated
bids of Hill Country Motors,Inc.for one 1982 Chevrolet Impala,
four-door sedan in the amount of $8,75$,3'6 and for one 1980
Buick LeSabre,four door sedan in the amount of $6,360.00
(as per Order No. 14827, dated October 11, 1982).
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County
Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of
$15,118.8b for the above two cars, payable out of the General
Fund, payable to Hill Country Motors, Inc.
