On this the 12th day of July 1982, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon,
the Court unanimously approved the Application of P4ary
Brooks, District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, for a merit
increase for Linda Uecker, Deputy District Clerk, from
$11,580.00 per annum to $11,880.00 per annum (which is
a $25.00 per month increase), effective July 1st, 1982.
