APPROVAL OF ORDER FOR PAYMENT TO THE. DISTRICT CLERK OF
KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, FOR GENERAL WITNESS EXPENSE IN CAUSE
N0. 783 - THE STATE OF TEXAS VS. JACK PIINICA
On this the 9th day of August 1982, upon motion made
by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved payment to the District
Clerk of Kerr County, Texas in the amount of $1,500.00
for general witness expense, in Cause No. 783 - The State
of Texas vs. Jack Minica, in the 198th Judicial District
Court in Kerr County, Texas.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer
are authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund,
payable to the District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, in
the above amount.

shall tender to the District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas the
