APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO AL LUIS, OUT OF STATE WITNESS,
IN CAUSE N0. 3272-A, 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $669.20
On this the 6th day of July 1982, upon motion made by
Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved payment to AL LUIS, out of State
witness, in Cause No. 3272-A - State of Texas vs. Jack
Minica, 198th Judicial District Court of Kerr County, Texas,
in the total amount of $669.20 for round trip airline fare,
expense of necessary surface travel and five days required
travel and attend as a witness.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer
be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable
to AL LUIS, in the above amount.

ORDER TO DISBURSE FUNDS
TO: THE COMMISSIONERS COURT, THE COUNTY AUDITOR OF KERR COUNTY,
AND THE COUNTY TREASURER OF KERR COUNTY
Pursuant to issuance of Application for Attendance of Out-
of-State Witness, as provided under the Texas Code of Criminal
Procedure of 1965, Article 24.28, to testify in the above-entitled
criminal prosecution, it is hereby
ORDERED that a check be drawn by the Treasurer of Kerr
County, Texas, payable to the witness, Al Luis, for the total
sum of $669.20 (the same being the total of (a) $400.00, the
minimum round trip scheduled airlines fare; (b) $19.20, the expense
of necessary surface travel at both ends of the flight (120 miles
at $ .16 per mile); and finally (c) $250.00, the payment of fifty
dollars ($50.00) for the five (5) days that the said Al Luis is
required to travel and attend as a witness), which sum is to be
delivered to said witness upon issuance of a summons by a Judge
of a Court of Record in the County of Hillsborough, State of
Florida.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Commissioners Court and the
County Auditor approve the aforesaid account and check for payment,
and that the County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, deliver the
aforementioned check to the 198th Judicial District Court of
Kerr County, Texas, so that the same may be forwarded to a Judge
of a Court of Record in the County of Hillsborough, State of
Florida, in accordance with the
