CLERK, FOR APPOINTMENT OF SIMONA GARZA, AS DEPUTY
COUNTY CLERK
On this the 9th day of August 1982, upon motion made
by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon,
the Court unanimously approved the Application of Emmie
M, Muenker, County Clerk, for appointment of Simona Garza,
as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary
of $8,400.00 per annum ($700.00 per month), effective
the date of her qualification, the same being August 10 ,
1982, and that her salary be paid out of Officers Salary
