Commissioner Speakmon> seconded by Commissioner Holland >
the Court unanimously approved that Order No. 14'43 - Re:
Application of Emmie D1. T.luenker, County Clerk, for Appoint-
ment of Simona Garza, as Deputy County Clerk, be amended
as to the fixed salary of said Deputy, and that the salary
be fixed at $8,800.00 per annum ($740.00 per month), instead
of $8,400.00 ($700.00 per month) as erroneously shorn.

DEAR JUDGE NEUNHOFFER AND COMMISSIONERS:
I have erroneously submitted the wrong amount for the
beginning salary of one of my deputies, Simona Garza.
I understand that the beginning salary for an employee
is $8,800.00 er annum ($740.00 per month) and I submitted
an amount of $8,400.00 per annum ($700.00 per month).
I would certainly appreciate your consideration in amending
the order passed August 9th, 1982, Order No. 14743, correcting
the beginning salary from $8,400.00 per annum to $8,800.00
per annum, effective as of August 10th, 1982.
Enclosed is a copy of. the order passed August 9th, 1982.
