APPOINTMENT OF BILLIE HALL AS PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE
AND WILSON HEY, JR. AS ALTERNATE PRESIDING ELECTION
JUDGE OF ELECTION PRECINCT N0. 9
On this the 1st day of November 1982, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously appointed Billie Hall as Presiding
Election Judge and Wilson Hey, Jr. as Alternate Presiding
Election Judge of Election Precinct No. 9, to replace
Warren Klein, Presiding Election Judge and Emil Fossler,
Alternate Presiding Election Judge of said Election Precinct,
due to their disqualification to serve, as both are related
to one of the Candidates, seeking the office of Justice of
the Peace of Justice Precinct No. 5.
