GENERAL ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 5th day of November 1982, came on to be considered
by the court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the results
of the General Election held on November Znd, 1982, and the Court
having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Eighteen Elec-
tion Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the
opinion that said returns, after having been opened and canvass-
ed, are true and correct and should be approved,
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Holland seconded
by Commissioner Lich the Court unanimously approved
that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 7 ,
Pages 3 thru 10 Record of Election Returns of Kerr
County, Texas, and as certified thereto by each member of the
Court, are in all respects approved.
