On this the 16th day of April, 198?. came on to be
heard and considered by ttae Court the necessity of certifying
to the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation
the total mileage of r_cunty maintained public roads of Kerr
County as of January ;, 1982, and it appearing to the Court
that th~~ Bata compiled by encl. of the four County Comr,~issioners

constituting the presently delineated Commissioners` precincts

Commissioner, Precinct No. 1, 110.48 miles
Commissioner, Precinct No. 2, 146.97 miles
Commissioner, Precinct No. 3, 87.10 miles
Commissioner, Precinct No, 4, 229.30 miles
Total 573.85 miles
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie _ ,
scaconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved
by the Court that the foregoing data be certified to the
State Department of Highways and Public Transportation as
true and correct for the gurpose of allocating certain State
funds to be paid to or retained by Kerr County.
