FLYING SERVICE, INC., ASSIGNEE AND KERRVILLE-KERR COUNTY
JOINT AIRPORT BOARD, THE CITY OF KERRVILLE AND THE COUNTY
OF KERR, LESSOR
On this the 13th day of September 1982, upon motion made
by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon,
the Court unanimously approved an Assignment of Airport
Lease, by and between Dugosh Aircraft Service Co., Inc.
Assignor and Dugosh Flying Service, Inc., Assignee,
and Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Board, the City
of Kerrville and the County of_ Kerr, Lessor, subject to
concurrence by the City of Kerrville and the City-County
Joint Airport Board.
ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE

This agreement is pmade and entered into this the 3 ~ day
of u5 ' , 1902 , by and between DUGOSH AIRCRAFT SERVICE
CO., INC. of the County of Kerr, and State of Texas, hereinafter
referred to as ASSIGNOR (whether one or more) and DUGOSH FLYING
SERVICE, INC. of the County of Kerr, and State of Texas, hereinafter
referred to as ASSIGNEE (whether one or more):
W I T N E S S
WHEREAS, by a certain Lease Agreement bearing the date of the
29th day of April, 1982, between the CITY OF KERRVILLE, the COUNTY
OF KERR, as the KERRVILLE-KERR COUNTY JOINT AIRPORT BOARD, therein
referred to as Lessor, and DUGOSH AIRCRAFT SERVICE CO., INC.,
therein referred to as Lessee, said ASSIGNOR agreed to lease that
certain parcel of property lying and being situated in Kerr County,
Texas, described as follows, to-wit:
A 6 acre tract of land, more or less, more particularly
described by metes and bounds in the Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
Together with and including those facilities leased by
Lessor from Mooney Aircraft Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND
NO/100THS ($10.00) DOLLARS and other valuable consideration paid by
said ASSIGNEE, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by
ASSIGNOR, the said ASSIGNOR does hereby assign, transfer and set
over unto the said ASSIGNEE the above recited Lease Agreement and
all the rights, title and interests of the ASSIGNOR in and to the
parcel of land therein described, to have and to hold the same unto
and

' CONSENT OF LESSOR

A 6.68 acre tract of land out of the William T. Crook Survey
No. 71, Kerr County, Texas, and located on the Kerrville-Kerr
County Municipal Airport also known as Louis Schreiner Field
and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the most southerly Northeast
line of a tract of land known as Mooney Aircraft,
Lease Tract No. I, said point being also located
300.0 feet Northwesterly from and at right angles
to the NE-SW Runway (Runway 02-20) for the South
corner of this tract;
THENCE, with the Northeasterly line of said Tract
No. I; N 56° OS' W, 422.7 feet; N 33° 55' E, 325.0
feet and N 56° OS' W, 203.0 feet to the most north-
erly corner of said Tract I and the most westerly
corner of this tract;
THENCE, N 46° 06' E, 219.0 feet to an existing
corner in the Southwesterly line of a tract of land
known as Mooney Aircraft Lease Tract No. II for the
most northerly corner of the herein described tract;
THENCE, with the Southwesterly line of said Tract
