The Joint Airport Advisory Board (hereinafter called the Airport
Board), City of Kerrville, and County of Kerr (hereinafter called
the "Gwners") invite propcsals from O_`ferors to enter into a

Schreiner Field.

nreposals wi_11 be received until Se_ptembe_r 15, 1982, 5:00 P.M.,
by the Public Works Depar urent of the City o` rerrville, 600 Main
Street, Kerrville, Texas, at which time they will be publicly opened
and read aloud. Each Proposal must be contained in an envelope
which shall be sealed, conspicuously endorsed with Offeror's name,
and show date, time, and place Proposal is to be received, and may
be mailed or hand delivered.
The Proposal must be submitted upon the Manic form furnished by
the Owners and must give all information required. The Proposal
must be signed on behalf of the Offeror and the acknowlengment
taken in the form provided thereof.
The Airport Board reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals
and to waive any informalities in Proposals received if it is in
the best interest of the Owners to do so.

The .~.aintenance Contract for servicing and maintaining the Wilcox
!;ark 1-D Instrument Landing System Localizer and Wilcox Outer Marker
Southern Avionics Compass Locator Equipment at the Louis Schreiner
Field will be based upon. the following criteria:
:~. Periorm metering of the navaid ecuipment on a weekly
or bi-r,:eekly basis, as required by the FAA, and in
accordance with the manufacturers sr~ecifications.
2. Perform periodic maintenance checks and perform
~r,aint~_nance as reaui_ed by ~e F.~A, on a monthly
b-sis, and iP. accordance with th= _.ann`acturers
=~,rc i= ! ca =ions .
3. Participate in cuarterly Fright Inspections with the
AAA anc perform the _required adjus-ment or ,~:aintenance
indica~ed iw the FAA and the ,~~anufacturer as a result
of the cuarterlp Flight Ir,saections.

Locator is 40 hours per month on a yearly basis. Any additional
maintenance work is to be performed on a cost plus basis with a
price quoted on an hourly basis in accordance with the proposal.
The Contractor will be reimbursed for replacement parts based on the
actual cost of tha parts delivered to the job site.
The items to be maintained under this Contract shall be the following:
1. Localizer Facility:
a. Localizer System, Wilcox Mark 1-D
b. Localizer Antenna System
c. Localizer Remote Status Indicator/Control Unit
d. Test Equipment
2. Outer Marker-Southern Avionics Compass Locator Facility:
a. Non-Directional Beacon System with Antenna
b. Compass Locator Facility Remote Monitoring Unit
c. Test Equipment
