ORDER N0. 14596 ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF KERR COUNTY'S ONE-HALF OF PURCHASE PRICE FOR 90.5406 ACRES OF LAND FOR I~4PROVEMENT OF AIRPORT On this the 8th day of February, 1982 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of authorizing the payment of Kerr County's one half of the purchase price and related closing costs resulting from the purchase of 90.5406 acres of land from J. T. Williams et al pursuant to an earnest money contract heretofore entered into by the City of Kerrville and Kerr County, which land is required for airport improvements; and it appearing to the Court that at the time of closing the transaction for the aforesaid land purchase for an approximate purchase price of $293,800.00, Kerr County will be required to pay one half thereof, less $2,500.00 previously paid as per earnest money contract, namely $144,400.00 plus one half of the purchasers' final closing costs, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon seconded by Commissioner ~ii,n~ and unanimously approved by the Court that upon final determination of the total amount of Kerr County's one half due at the time of final closing on or about February 15, 1982, that vouchers payable to Fidelity Abstract and Title Company be drawn as follows: $75,000.00 on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund and the remaining portion of the balance due on the General Fund.
