Commissioner S~eakmon seconded by Commissioner Guthrie ,
the Court unanimously approved confirmation of the appoint-
ment of DR. GLENN R. NELSON as a member of the Joint Airport
Board, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of
A. J. Brough.
