AN ORDER AUTHORIZING TFIE COUNTY JUDGE TO SIGN THE FOLLOL~TING:
1.	CITY-COUNTY - PQOONEY	AIRPORT LEASE OF	19^02;
2.	CITY-COUNTY - DUGOSH	SHORT-TERM LEASE	OF 1982; and,
3.	.M.OONEY - CITY-COUNTY	SHORT-TERM LEASE	OF 1982.
On this the 29th day of April, 1982, at a Special Meeting of
the Conunissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, by Motion made by
Commissioner Holland
seconded by Commissioner
Lich , and unanimously approved by the Court, it was ORDERED
that the County Judge be authorized to execute on behalf of the
County, the following:
1. City-County - Mooney Airport Lease of 1932. Tiis Lease
provides for the leasing of approximately 6 acres of land formerly
occupied by the Kerrvile Flying Service, to Mooney Aircraft Corpora-
tion to the year 2013.
2. City-County - Dugosh Sliort-Term Lease of 1982. This Lease
is a temporary Lease to Duaosh for one year and three months, so that
the Airport will have an FBO. Rent is $65.00 plus 2~ of fuel and
lubricant sales, and 5% of any car rents.
3. Mooney - City-County Short-Term Lease of 1982. This is
a short-term Lease, whereby Mooney leases back to the City-County
the facilities on the 6 acres until June 30, 1983.
