APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT OF AGREEMENT BET~dEEN KERR COUNTY
AND D & L MAINTENANCE FOR JANITORIAL SERVICE EFFECTIVE
P~1AY 1, 1982
On this the 10th day of May 7.982, upon motion made by
Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved a written proposal to
amendment of the Agreement between Kerr County and
D & L Maintenance, for Janitorial Service.
Effective May 1st, 1982, the monthly rate for Janitorial
Service will be increased by 15%, from $1815.00 per month
to $2087.25 per month, as set forth in the proposal on
file.
