APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO EXISTING AGREEMENT BET6JEEN KERR
COUNTY AND MOORE SERVICE
On this the 11th day of January, 1482, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
with Commissioners Holland and Lich and County Judge
Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioners Speakmon and
Guthrie voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majoritr~
vote, approving acceptance of an amendment to the existing
Agreement between Kerr County and Moore Service, and that
effective February 1, 1982 the monthly rate for garbage
and refuse collection will be increased from $1,081.00
per month to $1,181.00 per month.
