ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF TWO SAVIN 870 COPY MACHINES
FOR USE BY THE TAX OFFICE AND THE DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE
AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
On this the 30 day of December 1982, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland seconded by Commissioner Lich ,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of
two Savin 870 Copy Machines, for use by the Tax Office and
the District Clerk's Office.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and
County Treasurer be authorized to draw vouchers in the
arnount of $4,100.00 and $5,345.00, payable to IMAGE IDEAS,
INC., payable out of the General Fund, as follows:
One SAVIN 870 copy machine for use by the Tax Office
in the amount of $6,250.00, less trade-in of one A.
B. Dick 990 copy machine, in the amount of $2,150.00,
leaving a net amount of $4,100.00,
and
One SAVIN 870 copy machine in the amount of $6,250.00,
less trade-in of A. B. Dick 901 copy machine, in the
amount of $905.00, leaving a net amount of $5,345.00.
