ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL OF ADT SECURITY SYSTEMS FOR FIRE
ALARM EQUIPMENT FOR THE KERR COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 12th day of April 1982, upon motion made
by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the proposal
of ADT SECURITY SYSTEMS for FIRE ALARM EQUIPMENT for the
Kerr County Detention Facility, in the amount of $6,457.00,
as the lowest and best bid, to replace the existing Fire
Alarm System.

Dear Mr. Michaelson:
Thank you for the opportunity to submit our proposal for for additions
to your existing fire alarm system. Our quotation is as follows:
Provide all fire alarm system devices.
Provide all labor, materials, and tools necessary or
reasonable required for the connection and installation
of the complete system.
Provide a warranty that will cover for a period of one
year from the date of final acceptance, to cover any
defect or equipment.
Provide a licensed Installation Superintendent to make
the final connections to the master fire alarm control
panel, and shall certify in writing that the system has
been inspected and installed in strict compliance with
all codes and standards as determined by the authority
having jurisdiction.
