ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF BACK SALARY AND EXPENSES TO W. T.
SANDLIN, CONSTABLE, PRECINCT 1, PENDING RECEIPT OF RELEASE OF
LIABILITY
On this the 12th day of September, 1983, came on to
be considered the matter of payment of back salary and expenses
to W. T. Sandlin, Constable of Precinct 1; and it appearing to
the Court that all parties concerned have agreed on an amount
of compensation in full payment of back salary and expenses, it
is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie
seconded by Commissioner I,,;_h , and unanimously
approved by the Court that W. T. Sandlin be compensated for
services performed as Constable of Precinct 1 from January 1, 1981
t~,rough April 30, 1983, in the amount of $2800.00.
It is further ordered that upon receipt of a release
from liability for any further claims against Kerr County on
behalf of W. T. Sandlin for any past services performeodrj to 1Coetus'nty ~r~'
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher payable to W. T.
Sandlin in the amount of $2800.00 in full settlement of claims
against Kerr County for back salary and expenses incurred in
the performance of duties by W. T. Sandlin as Constable of
Precinct l; said funds to be paid out of the General Fund of
Kerr County.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
For and in consideration of the sum of TWO THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED AND NO/00 ($2,800.00) DOLLARS, in hand paid
by KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned, W. T. SANDLIN, JR., does
hereby release, discharge, and forever forgive any and all
claims, costs, expenses, damages, or wages arising out
of W. T. SANDLIN, JR's employment as Constable for Kerr
County, Texas for any time prior hereto.
This release is a full and unconditional release for
any claims arising by virtue of any payments of salary
made to W. T. SANDLIN, JR., hereto ore.
