APPROVAL OF EASEMENT WITH LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY
On this the 11th day of July 1983, upon motion made by
Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie,
the Court unanimously approved a Utility Easement with
Lower Colorado River Authority and that County Judge
T4orriss be authorized to execute said easement on behalf
of Kerr County.
