On this the 1st day of January 1983, came on to be considered by the Court, the applica-
tion of Mary Brooks, District Clerk, for authority to deputize the following persons. It
appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to said Deputies and that her applica-
tion should be granted: therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to
deputize the following appointments to date, from January 1, 1983 and to continue in force
until revoked or otherwise be terminated:

by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved that the Court acknowledge the existing
and continuation of the Blanket Bond on Employees in the District Clerk's Office.
