Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded,, by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14887 ORDER SETTING COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 10th day of January, 1983, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1983, as provided for in Article 3912e, Sections 2 and 6, R.C.S. of Texas. i 1 Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unani- mously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials and Precinct Officials i of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis, as provided by law, for the year 1983. Fund from their respective funds: i Jury Fund ---- $ 1,500.00 Road & Bridge Fund ---- 19,300.00 General Fund ---- 11,625.00 Officers Salary Fund ---- 45,200.00 $77,625.00 o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14889 ORDER SETTING PAY OF GRAND JURORS, PETIT JURORS AND SPECIAL VENIREMEN IN DISTRICT COURT AND JURORS IN COUNTY AND JUSTICE OF THE PEACE COURTS On this the 10th day of January, 1983, came on to be heard and considered by the Court, { the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen in the District Court of Kerr County and of Jurors in the County Court of Kerr County, as is ~~ i required to be done annually by Article 2122, Vernon Civil Statutes, Article 1056 of the Code of Criminal Procedure; and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Corranissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the com- pensation to be paid to all Grand Jurors and Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen shall be fixed at $7.50 per day, including those summoned but excused after having been sworn; provided, however, that Jurors in County, Justice of the Peace and District Courts and Grand Jurors ,actually impaneled and sworn shall be paid $10.00 per day. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
