On this the 10th day of January 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,

the following individuals and associations and the Hill Country District Junior Livestock
Show Association for use of the new Agriculture Building, on the following dates:
W. A. Fawcett, III and Tim R. Cowden
February 12th, 19th and 26th, 1983
March 12th, 19th and 26th, 1983
April 9th and 17th, 1983
May 1st and 15th, 1983
(at a charge of $200.00 per day)
International Brangus Breeders Association
'I June 6th thru 11th, 1983
(at a charge of $200.00 per day)
Hill Country District Junior Livestock Association
July 29th thru July 31st, 1983
Proceeds will go to the Hill Country District Junior Livestock
Association.
The Hill Country District Junior Livestock Show Association will be responsible
for clean-up.
