GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE
On this the 10th day of January 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, and in compliance with Article 3912k Sec. 2 (a) thru (d), Vernon's
Civil Statutes, the Court unanimously approved selection of three public members to serve
on a Salary Grievance Committee, as follows:
Sam Nunnely - 1119 Warbler, Kerrville, Texas 78028
Seth Smith - 21.7 W. Schreiner, Kerrville, Texas 78028
Dr. A. E. Rath - Ingram, Texas 78025
It is ordered that the Clerk of the Commissioners' Court notify the above members
that they have been selected to serve on the Grievance Committee for the year, ending with
the appointment of their successors the following January.

ATTORNEY OF THE 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT

On this the 10th day of January 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved an Agreement with the Texas
Department of Human Resources and the District Attorney of the 198th Judicial District, !
relative to prosecution of food stamp fraud cases in Kerr County. ~

PRECINCT FUNDS
On this the 10th day of January, 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $40,000.00 from the General Road
and Bridge Fund to the four Road & Bridge Precincts, as follows:

N0. 14901 TRANSFER OF $8,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO JAIL OPERATING FUND
On this the 10th day of January, 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $8,000.00 from the General Fund to
the Jail Operating Fund.

N0. 14902 TRANSFER OF $50,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 10th day of January, 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,

County Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $50,000.00 from the General Fund to
tb.e Officers Salary Fund.
