N0. 14904 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF PATRICIA DYE, COUNTY CLERK, FOR APPOINTMENT
OF LINDA RULE AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 10th day of January 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Application of
Patricia Dye, County Clerk, for appointment of Linda Rule as Deputy County Clerk of
Kerr County, Texas, at a salary of $9,000.00 per annum ($750.00 per month, effective the
date of her qualification, the same being January 11, 1983, and that her salary be paid
out of Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 14905 ORDER APPROVING PROPOSAL OF MOTHERAL INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR DRAINAGE AND GRADING PLAN FOR PORTION OF KERRVILLE AIRPORT
On this the 10th day of January, 1983, came on to be considered by the Court the
proposed letter contract of Motheral Industries Incorporated for engineering services for
drainage and grading plan for portion of the Kerrville Airport; and it appearing to the
Court that the letter proposal as submitted under date of November 16, 1982 by Motheral ~

Industries Incorporated, a copy of wh9ch is attached hereto, should be approved, it is,
therefore, ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, and '
unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid letter contract be approved subject
I to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.

On this the 10th day of January 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,

CORONADO, a subdivision comprising 3.47 acres out of the Florentine Lara Survey No. 123,
Abstract No. 225, in the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, in Kerr County Prec. No. 4.
