Elliot L. Michelson, Chief Jailer, $12,00.00 per annum 2. William B. Cobler, Assist. Chief Jailer, $11,700.00 per annum 3. Arthur G. Hastings, Late Night Dispatcher, $10,740.00 per annum 4. Other dispatchers as follows: Beginning dispatchers shall be paid $840.00 per month and upon attainment of 90 days experience, or sooner at the discretion of the Sheriff, they shall be paid $865.00 per month.
