<' ~~ 'I N0. 14927 ORDER AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF COMPUTER SYSTEM FROM HILL COUNTRY SOFTWARE AND ~ j"~ ~ SUPPORT TO SERVE COUNTY TREASURER'S ACCOUNTS On this the 25th day of January, 1983, came on to be heard by the Court the request ,,~ for authority to purchase a computer system to handle County Treasurer's and payroll accountsp i and it appearing to the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor, after having investigated various systems, are in agreement that Hill Country Software and Support of Comfort, Texas have submitted the most feasible and test effective plan; and it further , appearing that Hill Country Software and Support are presently serving several county govern- ;. ments and are therefore familiar with and experienced in dealing with the unique requirements',' of county fiscal procedures; it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved by the Court that based on the recommendation of the County Auditor and concurrence of the County Treasurer, the County Judge be authorized to execute a purchase agreement with Hill Country Software and Support for a turnkey system, I including hardware, software, installation, personnel training and supplies; and further than the Treasurer be authorized to make payment to Hill Country Software and Support from the General Fund in the amount of $9,000.00 on delivery of the system and the balance of $4,182.68 upon completion of services as agreed. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14928 APPROVAL OF LEASE AGREEP~IENT BETWEEN KERB COUNTY AND 3M COMPANY FOR APERTURE CARD SYSTEM FOR THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE On this the 25th day of January 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a Lease Agreement between KERR COUNTY TEXAS and 3M COMPANY, for an APERTURE CARD SYSTEM for the County Clerk's Office, payable monthly in the amount of $953.99 for a five year term, including maintenance. Ot is ordered by the Court that County Judge Gordon S. On this the 25th day of January 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a Lease Purchase Agreement, between ~p KERR COUNTY, TEXAS and 3M COMPANY, which includes installation and maintenance for an EF 5/000/6000 16 MM System for the District Clerk's Office. l~ It is further ordered that County Judge Gordon S. Morriss be authorized to execute the lease agreement on behalf of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14930 ORDER SETTING TIME FOR HEARING ON APPLICATION TO CANCEL SUBDIVISION PLAT On this the 25th day of January 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be authorized to set a time for hearing on an Application to Cancel a Subdivision Plat known as Northfork Subdivision, pursuant to Application filed January 24, 1983. Said hearing will be held at 10:00 o'clock A. Z2. on the 14th day of February 1983, in the Courtroom of the Commissioners' Court, located in the County Courthouse of Kerr County, in Kerrville, Texas.
