The receiving of County Depository Bids for the Depository of the County Funds, County
& District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds of Kerr County, was declared
closed at this time.
2 bids were received and opened and read aloud by the County Judge, Gordon S. Morriss,

On this the 14th day of February 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
j seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for a Sound R.ein£orcing System for the Kerr County District Court-
room
Specifications are	on file	in	the	office	of	the County Judge of	Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received	until	10:	00 o	'clock	A. M	., P4arch 14th, 1983,	at which time all
bids will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, February 19th
and February 26th, 1983.

AD LITEM IN DELINQUENT TAX SUITS
On this the 14th day of February 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimmously approved that the County Attorney, H.
Ritman Jons, be authorized to make arrangements to secure an Attorney ad Litem, with the
concurrence of the District Courts of Kerr County, Texas, in Delinquent Tax Suits where
mode of citation is by publication, on suits filed prior to January 1st, 1983.
