N0. 14937 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 14th day of February 1983, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General Road & Bridge,
General, Officers Salary, Jail Operating, Jury, 216th District Probation, Revenue Sharing,
Trust, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library and Tax Appraisal Office Fund.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 14938 APPORTIONMENT OF $40,000.00 FP.OM F. M. F1 LATERAL ROAg FUND TO THE FOUR
PRECINCT FUNDS
On this the 14th day of February 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $40,000.00 from the Fs ?tI. Fx i,atesal
Raad Fund to the four Road & Bridge Precincts, as follows:

On this the 14th day of February 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-',
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $35,000,00 from the General Fund to the
Officers Salary Fund.

Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $11,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail
Operating Fund.

N0. 14941 APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL INCREASE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR PROPERTY
DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF F,XPLOSION, COLLAPSE AND UNDERGROUND HAZARDS
On this the 14th day of February 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County's
liability insurance be increased to cover property damage arising out of explosion, collapse
and underground hazards. (Said additional coverage will be increased in the approximate
amount of $270.00 per annum, using a $250.00 deductible.
