be cancelled so as to throw said lands. back into acreage tracts as they existed before said
subdivision was made, pursuant to Article 6626d, V.A.T.S.
Further, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, finds that proper notice of
such application was given by causing the same to be published in a newspaper, published in
the English language, in Kerr County, Texas, for at least three (3) weeks prior to the action
on said application to cancel subdivision; that said notice did set a specific time, date
and place to hold a hearing on said application; that the said hearing of this action of the
Commissioners' Court did occur at a regular term of said Court; further, that said notice
did command that any person interested in such lands appear at the time specified in said
notice to protest, if desired, against such action and that all prerequisites required by
law to cancel said subdivision have in all things been performed, occurred, accomplished and
complied with.
The said Commissioners' Court finds that neither said Northfork Subdivision nor any of
the lands located within said subdivision are located in any incorporated city or town.
The Commissioners' Court further finds that the Owners, by and through their attorney,
appeared and requested the approval of said Application to Cancel Subdivision Plat; that no
person appeared to protest against said Application and that the said Commissioners' Court
should enter an Order cancelling said subdivision, and place upon the Minutes of this Court
its Order authorizing said Owners of said subdivision to cancel the same by written instru-
ment, describing the said subdivision as a whole.
It is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr Countya
Texas that Camp Stewart for Boys, Inc. and Alfred E. Shepperd, being the present legal and
,~/~ equitable owners of two respective tracts of land which in the aggregate comprise all the
~, land located, lying and being situated within the subdivision known as Northfork Subdivision,

located and being situated in Kerr County, Texas, as more fully shown by the plat thereof
recorded in Volume 4, Page 110, of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, be, and said owners
are hereby authorized to wholly cancel said subdivision pursuant to Article 6626d, V.A.C.S.,
by written instrument describing said subdivision as whole and to throw said lands back into
acreage tracts as they existed before said subdivision was made.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and same unanimously
approved by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas.

On this the 14th day of February 1983, came on to be considered by the Court, the bid
of Rank of Kerrville, offering its service as Depository for Ccunty Funds, County and District
Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds, for the ensuing two years and without
service charge to Kerr County, Texas.
It appearing to the Court that the bid of Bank of Kerrville offers the most favorable
terms and conditions and that said Bank is duly qualified to serve as such Depository and has
complied with the conditions of notice duly published as required by law.
Upon motion of Commissioner Higgins, seconded by County Judge Morriss, with Commissioners
-Holland, Higgins and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich
voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote, that the bid of Bank of Kerrville is
ordered accepted and said bank is hereby selected as Depository of all County Funds, County
and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds, for. the next ensuing two years.
Said bank is hereby directed to make good and sufficient bonds or deposit sufficient ,~ ,
securities as repuired by law, in the necessary amount to cover each of said funds, and in ;"~
the proper form prescribed by law, and submit same, together with copies of said Depository
Contracts to this Court for approval at its next Regular Term.

during regular office hours by others than those having business in the Courthouse, thereby
causing, considerable inconvenience to visitors having business in the Courthouse, and

motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously approved by
the Commissioners' Court, Commissioner Holland is appointed to study the problem and coordinate
with the City of Kerrville and other interested parties toward a recommendation for an accept- ._:
able solution.

On this the 14th day of February 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a 36 month no interest lease of one
SAVIN 870 Copier with 10 bin sorter for use by the County Extension Agents of Kerr County,
Texas, with payments to be in the amount of $193.75 per month.

N0. 14946 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING DECEMEER 31st, 1932
On this the 14th day of February 1983, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer of Kerr County,
Texas, for the period beginning, October 1st, 1982 and ending December 31st, 1982, and the
same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received f_or
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as re.f_lected in the report and become
a part hereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective Funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is hereby
approved and the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts of
said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
