voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote, that the bid of Bank of Kerrville is
ordered accepted and said bank is hereby selected as Depository of all County Funds, County
and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds, for the next ensuing two years.
Said bank is hereby directed to make good and sufficient bonds or deposit sufficient
securities as required by law, in the necessary amount to cover each of said funds, and in
the proper form prescribed by law, and submit same, together with copies of said Depository
Contracts to this Court for approval at its next Regular Term.

N0. 14944 PARKING SPACES -- COURTHOUSE GROUNDS
Whereas the majority of parking spaces within the Courthouse grounds are being occupied
during regular office hours by others than those having business in the Courthouse, thereby
causing considerable inconvenience to visitors having., business in the Courthouse, and
6Jhereas on-going plans of neighboring institutions will likely worsen the situation, on
motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously approved by
the Commissioners' Court, Commissioner Holland is appointed to study the problem and coordina
with the City of Kerrville and other interested parties toward a recommendation for an accept
able solution.

COPIER WITH 10 BIN SORTER FOR USE BY THE COUNTY EXTENSION AGENTS
On this the 14th day of February 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, s
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a 36 month no interest lease of one
SAVIN 870 Copier with 10 bin sorter for use by the County Extension Agents of Kerr County
Texas, with payments to be in the amount of $193.75 per month.

N0. 14946 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING DF.CEP4EER 31st, 1932
On this the 14th day of February 1983, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer of Kerr County,
Texas, for the period beginning October 1st, 198?_ and ending December 31st, 1982, and the
same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part hereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is hereby
approved and the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts of
said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
