during regular office hours by others than those having business in the Courthouse, thereby

~dhereas on-going plans of neighboring institutions will likely worsen the situation, on
motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously approved by
the Commissioners' Court, Commissioner Holland is appointed to study the problem and coordinate
with the City of Kerrville and other interested parties toward a recommendation for an accept'.

On this the 14th day of February 1983, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer of Kerr County,

same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct. ~'
