N0. 14956 RESIGNATION OF JAP4ES DAVID FUDGE AS DEPUTY SHEP.IFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 1st day of March 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of James David
Fudge as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective March
8th, 1983.

N0. 14957 ORDER REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO JOINT AIRPORT BOARD FOR TWO YEAR TERM
On this the 1st day of March, 1983, came on to be heard the matter of reappointing
members to the Joint Airport Board; and it appearing to the Court that the City of Kerrville
approved the reappointment of E. M. (Tex) Anderson and John Halliburton to the Board at their
meeting on February 22, 1983, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner	Higgins	and unanimously	approved	by the Court	that Kerr County concur	in the
reappointment	of E. :4	. (Tex) Anderson	and John	Halliburton	to the Airport Board for	two year
I terms to expire on March 26, 1985.

N0. 14958 ORDER APPROVING PLAN FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED IN THE VICINITY
OF THE KERRVILLE-KERR COUNTY AIRPORT APRON
Came on to be considered on the 1st day of March, 1983 the matter of requested approval
of a plan for taxiway, roadway and drainage capital improvements to tracts in vicinity of
the Kerrville-Kerr County airport apron as outlined in sketch attached hereto; and it appear-
ing to the Court that the estimated cost of said improvements including asphalt paving is
$54,350.00 as shown on the attachments hereto, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Higgi
seconded by Commissioner Holland, and unanimously approved by the Court that the said plan
be approved by the Court that the said plan be approved as submitted subject to concurrence
by the City of Kerrville and the Joint Airport Board.

ii of Kerrville, Kerr County and Motheral Industries, Inc. for engineering services in connec-
',I tion with City-County Airport runway rework and overlaying; and it appearing to the Court
that the City of Kerrville and Potheral Industries, Inc. have previously executed said agree-

!i ment and that it would be in the best interest of all parties to ratify the execution by
County Judge Gordon S. Morriss, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
'~ Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court that the signature of County Judge

i~ Gordon S. Morriss on the agreement between the City of Kerrville, Kerr County and Motheral
!~ Industries, Inc. for engineering services as set out in the agreement on file, for a total

sum of $28,000.00, be in all things ratified, and that the County Clerk be ordered to forward
