Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer and County ~
Auditor be authorized to draw vouchers on the General Fund, payable to various District Court'
Appointed Attorneys, whose claims have been received since the Regular February 1983 Term
of the Commissioners' Court, and authorization for payment to Landgrebe Motors for one 1975
Ford F600 Cab & Chassis in the amount of $2,500.00 for use by the Kerrville South Volunteer
Fire Department. (Serial No. of Truck F66EW80252)

OF $318.69 FOR KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. ONE
On this the 9th day of March 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Sears, Roebuck and Co,
for one floor jack, catalog number 28 x 1206 N, item reference No. 1298342054, in the amount
of $318.69.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized

to draw a voucher on the Road & Bridge Precinct No. 1 Fund, payable to Sears, Roebuck & Co.,
in the above amount.
