Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: ':' The receiving of bids for a Sound Reinforcing System for the District Courtroom was declared closed at this time. 5 bids were received and opened and read aloud by the County Judge, Gordon S. *4orriss and the following order was passed: No. 14963 ORDER TO REFER ALL BIDS TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR, DON WILL LSMSON, FOR STUDY AND RECONL*~IENDATION On this the 14th day of P4arch 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that bids received for a Sound Rein- forcing System for the District Courtroom be referred to the County Auditor for study and recommendation. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14964 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 14th day of March 1983, came on to be examined by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers Salary, Jail Operating, Jury, 216th District Probation, Revenue Sharing Trust, Juvenile Services, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library and Tax Appraisal Office Funds, as shown in the Disbursements Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order. ?lotion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved by the Court, with the exception of 1 bill Iayable to the City of Kerrville for Civil Defense expenses in the amount of $386.30, with all members votir..g Aye, except Commis- sinner Guthrie, voting No, payment of said bill approved by majority vote. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14965 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY & PRECINCT OFFICIALS APPROVED On this the 14th day of March 1983, came on to be examined by the Court, the various reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
