On this the 16th day of March 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded ~.
by Commissioner Higgins, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the bid proposal. of
BECKWITH ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING CO. for a Sound Reinforcing System for the District Court-
room in the amount of $3,350.00, be accepted as the locaest and best bid, as per specifications
on file in the County Judge's Office.

N0, 14979 ORDER AUTHORIZING CITY OF KERRVILLE AND KERR COUNTY TO REQUEST STATE DEPARTMENT
OF HIGHWAYS & PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CHANGE PF.EVIOUSLY APPROVED LOCATION OF
PROPOSED SPUR 535 AT CITY-COUNTY AIRPORT
On motion by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously
approved by the Court, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County concurred with the City of
Kerrville to request the State Department of Highways & Public Transportation to authorize
the changing of the previously approved location of the proposed Spur 535 from its location
on the western side of the airport to the eastern side, and approved the proposed letter
request and sketch as attached hereto, this the 16th day of March, 1983.

N0. 14980 APPROVAL OF DEPOSITORY PLEDGE CONTRACTS FOR ALL COUNTY FUNDS, COUNTY AND DISTRICT
COURT TRUST FUNDS AND COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL FUNDS
On this the 16th day of March 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved contracts submitted by the Bank of
Kerrville, for all County Funds, County & District Court Trust Funds and County Public School
Funds, for the next ensuing two years.

N0. 14981 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE TO EP4PLOY PART-TII1E HELP IN CERTAIN OFFICES
THROUGH AUGUST OF 1983
On this the 16th day of March 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge of Kerr County,
Texas, be authorized to employ part-time personnel to assist in certain offices through August
of 1983.
