(Located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 4). o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14984 APPROVAL OF WESTWOOD PARK ESTATES - PART III On this the 23rd day of March 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded I _ by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the PT,AT OF WESTWOOD PARK ESTATES - PART III, a 4.847 acre Subdivision, same being a part of that certain 15.784 acre tract of land out of the Oliver P. Moore Survey No. 29, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct i No. 3. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14985 ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL OF COMPTON'S OF KERRVILLE, INC. TO ADD AIR CONDITIONING DROPS TO COUNTY JUDGE'S RECEPTION OFFICE F.ND CONFERENCE ROOM On this the 23rd day of March 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that County Judge, Gordon S. Morriss be authorized to accept the groposal of Gompton's of Kerrville, Inc. to add air conditioning drops to the County Judge's reception office and conference room, in the amount of $656.00. i o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14986 RESOLUTION STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF KERR WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas has had brought to its attention the need for a continuing program to provide sound medical care in the Kerr County Detention Facility; and WHEREAS, such a program is available under. funding by the Governor's Office, Criminal Justice Division; and WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County is aware of and feels this program will aid in the proper safe operation of the Detention Facility; NO[d THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Commissioners' Court does authorize the continuation of this program in the Kerr County Detention Facility, and the submission of this renuest to the Governor's Office, Criminal 3ustice Division. The Commissioners' Court further authorizes the availability of its local share of the proposed funding.
