OFFICE
On this the 31st day of March 1983 came on to be considered by the Court, the matter
of purchasing a microfilm system for the County Clerk's Office,
Upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with
Commissioners Higgins and Holland voting "FOR" and Commissioners Lich and Guthrie and County!'
Judge Morriss voting "AGAINST", the motion for the purchase of_ a microfilm system for the ~
County Clerk's Office was defeated.

COUNTY AND 3M COMPANY FOR APERTURE CARD SYSTEM FOR THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 31st day of March 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss voting
"FOR" and Commissioners Holland and Higgins voting "AGAINST", said motion carrying by a
majority vote, rescinding Order No. 14928 - Re: Approval of Lease Agreement between Kerr
County and 3 M Company for Aperture Card System for the County Clerk's Office.

N0. 14989 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR RECORDING EQUIPMENT AND/OR SERVICES FOR THE
COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 31st day of March 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Lich and Guthrie and County Judge P4orriss voting
"FOR", Commissioner Higgins "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING" and Commissioner Holland voting "AGAINST"'
an order to advertise for bids for the purchase of recording equipment and/or services for
the County Clerk's Office.
Said motion carrying by a majority vote and the Court requested that the County Clerk
assist in preparing specifications for the purchase of the recording equipment and/or
services.

N0. 14990 ORDER SETTING TIME FOR HEARING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND DISCUSSION OF BENEFITS
OF AERIAL DISTRIBUTION WITH PRO-DRONE FOR FIRE ANTS IN THE EASTERid PART OF KERR

On this the 31st day of March 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded

hearing to answer questions and discussion of benefits of aerial distribution with Pro-Drone
I~~ for Fire Ants in the eastern part of Kerr County, as offered by the Texas Department of

Agriculture.
