COUNTY COURTHOUSE i Whereas the unassigned parking spaces within the boundaries of the Kerr County Court- ~ I: house are regularly occupied for extended periods cottuitencing prior to the Courthouse opening for business, and Whereas the drivers and passengers of the vehicles occupying those spaces have business outside the Courthouse grounds perimeter, extending beyond a reasonable period of time, to the exclusion of those who seek to use the spaces because of business in the Courthouse during regular business hours, and Whereas the conditions so described are prevalent every business day, the Kerr County Commissioners' Court in accord with the provisions of Article 6701 g V.C.T.S. hereby give ~ notice of a public hearing to be held on April 13th, 1983 at 7:30 o'clock P. M., in the County, Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, at which time suitable regula- ~i tions to correct the conditions hereinbefore described will be presented, namely, a two hour limitation on parking in unassigned spaces within the Courthouse grounds and the closing of certain entrances.
