last known addresses have been unsuccessful; it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie,.
seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk
of Kerr County be and is hereby authorized to pay the aforesaid unclaimed cash funds in the
amount of $125.85 to the County Treasurer of Kerr County for deposit in the General Fund of -'
Kerr County, subject to the rights of the said parties or their legal representatives to be
reimbursed upon presentation of proper claims to Kerr County.
