N0. 15008 SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 11th day of April 1983, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election, Divide Common
School District No. 12, held on April 2nd, 1983.
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
District, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 7, Page 12, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the Commis-;
sinners' Court and upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland,

N0. 15009 APPROVAL OF SALARY IPdCREASE OF RHONDA PHILLIPS, DEPUTY COUNTY TREASURER OF KERR
COUNTY, TE.}{AS
On this the 11th day of April 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a routine salary increase of Rhonda
Phillips, Deputy County Treasurer, due to the completion of her probationary period, effective
as of April 1st, 1983 in the amount of $600.00 per annum, (from $9,480.00 per annum to
$10,080.00 per annum).

N0. 15010 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF PATRICIA DYE, COUNTY CLERK, FOR APPOINT:IENT OF VIVIAN
KUHLMANN AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 11th day of April 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
' by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Application of Patricia Dye, County
Clerk, for appointment of Vivian Kuhlmann as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, at a
salary of $9,000.00 per annum (750.00) per month, effective the date of her qualification,
~' the same being April 12th, 1983, and that her salary be paid out of General Fund.
