On this the 15th day of April 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment to the State Department of
Highways & Public Transportation for the purchase of one 1964 IHC MODEL 606 PNEUMATIC TIRED
TRACTOR-SWEEPER, in the amount of $1,200.00, payable out of Road & Bridge Precinct No. One
Fund,
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to issue a voucher in the above amount payable to the State Department of Highways & Public
Transportation.

On this the 18th day of April 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, t:1e Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $4,800.00 from Road & Bridge Precinct No. 4
Fund, as requested by Commissioner Guthrie, to the General Fund for purchase of one 1980
Chevrolet Pickup, ID No. CCI424AB155607, which had previously been used by the Kerr County
Sheriff's Department.

N0. 15018 APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF ONE ESSICK MODEL 320 TANDEP'I ROLLER FOR USE BY THE
COMMISSIONER OF PRECINCT N0. 4 AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT TO RUTLEDGE
EQUIPP4ENT COPIPANY
On this the 18th day of April 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved purchase of one 1966 Essick Model
320 Tandem Roller, Serial No. 62645637, in the amount of $3,250,00, purchased from Rutledge
Equipment Company.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Road & Bridge Precinct No. 4 fund, payable to Rutledge Equipment
Company, in the above amount.
