N0. 15019 ORDER SETTING TRAVEL ALLOWANCE FOR CONSTABLE OF JUSTICE PRECINCT ONE
AND SALARY FOR CONSTABLES OF JUSTICE PRECINCT ONE AND FIVE
On this the 25th day of April 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved setting travel allowance
for Constable of Justice Precinct One at $100.00 per month; and setting salary of Constables
of Justice Precinct One and Five at $250.00 per month, effective May 1, 1983.

N0. 15020 ORDER TO CLOSE ENTRANCE FROM i1AIN STREET ONTO THE COURTHOUSE GROUNDS
AND APPROVAL TO SEAL-COAT COURTYARD
On this the 25th day of April 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the closing of entrance from
P4ain Street onto the Courthouse Grounds, and to seal-coat Courtyard of Kerr County
Courthouse.

N0. 15021 ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYP4ENT TO RAYMOND BEHRENS FOR EXPENSES INCURRED
WHILE PICKING UP EQUIPMENT IN YOAKUM, TE:YAS
On this the 25th day of April 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer and County
Auditor be authorized to make payment to Raymond Behrens in the amount of $37.39,
reimbursing him for expenses incurred while picking up equipment in Yoakum, Texas, for
Kerr County Precinct No. One.

N0. 15022 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 26th day of April 1983, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1 and 4, General, 216th District Pro-
bation, and Jury Funds, as shown in the Disbursements Journal of the County Auditor's
Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously
approved by the Court.
