HIGGINS Commissioner Precinct No. 2 VICTOR LICH Commissioner Precinct No. 3 BILLY JOE GUTHRIE, JR.Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: N0. 15024 APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT TO RELEASE LEASE AGREEMENT DATED MAY 13th, 1981 On this the 9th day of P4ay, 1983, came on to be considered the matter of an agreement to release one certain Lease Agreement, dated May 13, 1981, between Pecan Valley Ranch, Inc. and Kerr County, duly recorded in Volume 249, page 777, Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas, wherein Kerr County leased a 1.21 acre tract out of Pecan Valley No. 2. in Kerr County, Texas; and it appearing to :the Court that the parties thereto have agreed in principle that the lease should be terminated, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by - Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be authorized to execute a Release of Lease Agreement wherein Kerr County releases and discharges the subject property from the Lease Agreement described above, and that the County Clerk of Kerr County record said Release in the Deed Records of Kerr County. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUPdD TO THE FOUR PRECINCT FUNDS On this the 9th day of May 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $40,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund, to the four Road & Bridge Precincts, as follows: Road & Bridge No. 1 ------ $9,600.00 '' Road & Bridge No. 2 ------ $9;600.00 Road & Bridge No. 3 ------ $9,600.00 Road & Bridge No. 4 ------ 511,200.00 o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 15027 RESOLUTION & ORDER On this the 9th day of May, 1983, at a regular meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, there came on for consideration the making of a contract for the collec- tion of delinquent taxes, and motion was made by FRED HOLLAtdD County Commissioner of Precinct No. 1, seconded by VICTOR LICH County Commissioner of Precinct No. 3, that subject to approval by the State Property Tax Board and Attorney General of Texas said Commissioners' Court in behalf said County do make and enter into a contract with Jerry Shiever a licensed attorney, for the latter to collect delinquent taxes in said County for 15~ of the amount of taxes, penalty and interest collected, said contract to end on the 31st day of December, 1984, with six months thereafter to complete pending suits, and to be on forms currently promulgated and recommended by the State Property Tax Board.
