On this the 9th day of May 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $40,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund
to the four Road & Bridge Precincts, as follows:
Road & Bridge No. 1 ------ $9,600.00
Road & Bridge No. 2 ------ $9,600.00
Road & Bridge No. 3 ------ $9,600.00
Road & Bridge No. 4 ------ 511,200.00

RESOLUTION & ORDER
On this the 9th day of May, 1983, at a regular meeting of the Commissioners' Court of
Kerr County, Texas, there came on for consideration the making of a contract for the collec-
tion of delinquent taxes, and motion was made by FRED HOLLAPdD County Commissioner of Precinct
No. 1, seconded by VICTOR LICIT County Commissioner of Precinct Ido. 3, that subject to approval
by the State Property Tax Board and Attorney General of Texas said Commissioners' Court in
behalf said County do make and enter into a contract with Jerry 5hiever a licensed attorney;,
for the latter to collect delinquent taxes in said County for 153 of the amount of taxes,

penalty and interest collected, said contract to end on the 31st day of December, 1984,
with six months thereafter to complete pending suits, and to be on forms currently promulgated
and recommended by the State Property Tax Board.
