BE IT RESOLVED, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County hereby requests the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation to institute a study of future transportation needs and proposed improvements in the areas involved that can be utilized for planning purposes and the protection of needed right of way by the City, by the County, and by the State.
