N0. 15036 ORDER APPROVING SMALL AND/OR MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PROGRAM DOCUP2ENTS
RELATIVE TO AIRPORT CONTRACT AWARDS
On this the 9th day of May 1983, came on to be considered the matter of approving
policy and contract administration documents as they relate to Sma11 and/or Minority Business
Enterprise Program in the awarding of airport contracts;
And it appearing to the Court that the City of Kerrville has prepared documents
setting out Policy ( Document 1) and Contract Administration (Document 2) and that the
<errville City Council approved the subject documents as they relate to contract awarding
at the City-County Airport, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County concur with
the City of Kerrville in approving the documents as filed in the office of the County Clerk
of Kerr County, Texas, as they relate to City-County Airport contract awards.

N0. 15037 ORDER AUTHOf.IZING LETTER TO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CONCERNING ROAD MAINTENANCE AS
IT RELATES TO SOLID WASTE PERMIT
On this the 9th day of May, 1983, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of
proposed letter to be sent to the Texas Department of Health as recommended by the Landfill
Development Committee at its meeting on April 22, 1983; and it appearing to the Court that
the solid waste management regulations require a statement of road maintenance authority,
and that the City of Kerrville will be taking parallel action at its meeting on i4ay 10, 1983,

CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT APdD APPROVAL OF SALARY FOR PAYROLL PURPOSES
On this the 9th day of May 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the confirmation of the appointment of
Harriet Dixon as a full-time employee in the Kerr Central Appraisal District and that her
salary in the amount of $13,800.00 per annum ($1150.00 per. month) be approved for payroll
purposes only, effective May 1st, 1983, payable out of the Tax Appraisal Office Fund.

CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR PAYROLL PURPOSES, EFFECTIVE MAY ].ST, 1983
On this the 9th day of May 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded

~' Susan Bloom, Deputy Appraiser in the Kerr Central Appraisal District, from $11,352.00 per
annum to $12,552.00 per annum ($1046.00 per month), for payroll purposes only, effective
May 1st, 1983.

October 1st, 1983, upon recommendation by the County Auditor and County Treasurer.

Peace of Precinct No. 5, in the amount of $600.00 per annum, retroactive to January 1st,
