N0. 15046 ORDER GRANTING AUTHORITY OF SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL ENFORCEMENT TO THE UPPER
GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY
On this the 9th day of May 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved an order granting authority of solid
waste disposal enforcement to the Upper Guadalupe River Authority, effective as of this date,
May 9th, 1983.
