On this the 9th day of May 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that Order No. 14967, dated March 14th,
1983 be rescinded - Re: Authorizing County Auditor to Purchase 3,000 pounds of Amdro for
~' Imported Fire Ant Control from the Texas Department of Agriculture.

COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. FOUR
On this the 9th day of May 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized

to advertise for bids for one new Tractor with mower for use by the Commissioner of Kerr
County Precinct No. Four.
~' Specifications are on file at the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., June 13th, 1983, at which time all bids ~
will be publicly opened and read.
