Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the Appointment of Arthur Hastings,
from late night Dispatcher to Assistant Chief Jailer, effective P4ay 1st, 1983 at a salary of
$11,700.00 per annum ($975.00 per month).

On this the 23rd day of May 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins & Guthrie and County Judge
Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich "ABSTAINING" from voting, said motion carried by
a majority vote, approving the Application of Patricia Dye, County Clerk, for appointment
of Debra Tilton as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary of $9,480.00 per
